The objective was to support complete employee lifecycle management and ensure smooth HR operations using Workday.
Handled the complete employee hiring lifecycle in Workday, from job requisition creation to worker onboarding. Configured supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, compensation packages, and relevant business processes. Ensured approval flows, notifications, and security access.
Managed promotions, transfers, and data change transactions. Configured job change business processes, updated position and compensation details, and ensured seamless employee movement across organizations with accurate approvals and data consistency.
Designed, configured, and modified Workday business processes based on requirements. Implemented condition rules, approval chains, notifications, and delegation for HR events like hiring, job changes, salary revisions, and terminations aligned with organizational policies.
Configured and supported salary revision and compensation change processes. Worked on compensation plans, eligibility rules, grade profiles, and approval workflows to ensure accurate and compliant salary updates across employee records.
Handled end-to-end employee termination and exit processes (voluntary & involuntary). Configured termination business processes, approvals, and notifications, ensured timely access removal, and accurate maintenance of employee data.
Created and executed inbound EIBs to load/update employee data. Performed data validation, error handling, and reconciliation to ensure successful and accurate bulk uploads.
Developed standard and custom reports for HR and management. Used appropriate data sources and calculated fields to create reports on headcount, attrition, compensation, and organizational metrics for decision-making.
Provided functional troubleshooting for business processes, security access, reporting, and transactions. Identified root causes and resolved issues efficiently to ensure uninterrupted HR operations.
Configured and managed role-based & user-based security groups. Worked on domain and business process security policies to control access & visibility. Resolved access issues for HR users, managers, and recruiters.
