Handled the complete employee hiring lifecycle in Workday, from job requisition creation to worker onboarding. Configured supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, compensation packages, and relevant business processes. Ensured approval flows, notifications, and security access.

Job Changes (Promotion / Transfer / Data Changes)

Managed promotions, transfers, and data change transactions. Configured job change business processes, updated position and compensation details, and ensured seamless employee movement across organizations with accurate approvals and data consistency.

Business Process Creation & Modifications

Designed, configured, and modified Workday business processes based on requirements. Implemented condition rules, approval chains, notifications, and delegation for HR events like hiring, job changes, salary revisions, and terminations aligned with organizational policies.
