Delivery Policy

Frontlines Edutech is a digital learning platform. We do not ship any physical products.

Upon successful payment, course access details will be shared via your registered email address, mobile number, or user account within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

In case of any delay or non-receipt of access, please contact us at support@frontlinesedutech.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Exchange & Transfer Policy

Since all courses are digital in nature, direct exchange is not applicable. However:

• Batch/Schedule Changes – Requests to switch to a different batch or schedule may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Course Transfers – Transfer of enrollment to another course may be allowed subject to price difference adjustment and prior approval.

All such requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by writing to support@frontlinesedutech.com.
